Clean & Quick Cards SERIES 8 – Christmas Quilt

Okay, now I know I said my Elegant Poinsettia card would be my last Christmas Card, but I was just joking… I may even continue to make Christmas cards well into the New Year! Just kidding… maybe. 😉

This card is SO simple, it literally only has two stamps on it! Granted, one of those stamps is stamped several times all over the card, but still! It couldn’t get much simpler than this card.

I love how the gold reflects the light and pairs so well with the white and black on this very simple card. I think it might just be one of my favorites! It reminds me of a stippling effect that I learned in art class back in the 6th grade. Whew, how time flies!

Elegant Poinsettia (Last Christmas Card)

Hello Kre8tors and welcome to Wednesday! And a very special Wednesday it is because I’ve brought you a gorgeous, elegant poinsettia using the Climbing Orchid Bundle along with a few other products.

The first one I made was with red and gold, and the one featured in the video is vanilla and silver. I am so very pleased with how both of these turned out! This is probably my favorite Christmas card of the season, right up there with my Eclipse card and the Merry Patterns card.

Measurements:

Cardbase: 5-1/2″ x 8-1/2″
Mat: 4″ x 5-1/4″
Jewel Base: 1/2″ Circle
Poinsettia Base: 3/4″ Circle

Clean & Quick Cards SERIES 3

Here’s a Star Ornament card for the third card in my series Clean & Quick Cards. I really like how clean this card looks. It takes very few materials and can be made out of virtually any punch or framelit that gives a solid shape.

I also really like how the silver foil shines through. I used Calypso Coral but any color would look fantastic with this card!

Measurements:

Cardbase: 5-1/2″ x 8-1/2″
Mat: 4″ x 5-1/4″
Silver Foil: 1-1/2″ x 1-1/2″

Clean & Quick Cards SERIES 2

Here’s the second card in my series Clean & Quick Cards! I find these cards are awesome to whip out quickly, especially when I am getting down to the wire with a project! These can easily be made into a card for any occasion by simply replacing the designer series paper and sentiment.

I will post a few more of these Clean & Quick videos, but I want you to let me know if you like these videos. If you do, I’ll keep them coming! And if you don’t, that’s okay! I want to make something that YOU enjoy watching! 😀

Clean & Quick Cards SERIES 1

Welcome to the first video in a new series, Clean & Quick Cards! I need to bust out some quick Christmas cards, and thought I would share some designs I’ll be sending out with you. I really like how quick these are to make, and I LOVE the crisp, clean look that Whisper White Cardstock gives these cards.

They are perfect for beginners or advanced paper crafters and can easily be “stepped-up” to create a more detailed look. Keeping it simple, with just a few materials, is really a fool-proof way to make beautiful cards quickly.
